Fiber Smoothies

Fiber Smoothie 1
1-1 1/2 cup vanilla plant milk (rice or soy or almond)
1-1 1/2 cup vanilla plant milk (hemp or oat or coconut)
1 banana
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 package of high fiber oats
1 tbsp chopped nuts
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp ground cinnamon

1. Put all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth. And more milk if needed.
