Quick Vegan School Lunches

Use vegan ingredients:
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (additions/variations: agave nectar, maple syrup, dark chocolate, raisins, bananas, dried fruit, other nut butters).
Peanut butter and marshmallow creme sandwich (use Ricemellow Crème).
Hummus with pita or tortillas.
Tortilla roll-up or wrap.
Quesadilla
Gyro
Falafels
Pastas
Pizza
Taco
Bagels
Dr. McDougall's Right Foods
Amy's Kitchen

Sides:
Dried fruits
Veggies
Chips
Dark chocolate
Yogurt
Muffins or sweet breads
Nuts
Kale chips
Seaweed sticks
Plantain
Applesauce
Pudding
Cookies
