3 Delicious Smoothies

Ava's Smoothie
1 cup plant milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional
1/2 tsp nutmeg, optional
2 Tablespoons sweetener, optional
1/2 tsp vanilla, optional
1 banana or 4 oz vegan yogurt
1 Tablespoon ground seeds (i.e flax or chia)
2 Tablespoons chopped nuts
1/4 cup each of the 3 sets of fruit your choice:
papaya, mango, apple
blueberries, raspberries, black berries, cranberries
pomegranate, strawberries, pineapple, açaí

Blend all until smooth.

Creamsicle Smoothie
1/2 cup plant milk
1/2 cup fruit juice (i.e orange)
1/4 cup fruit (i.e orange)
OR 3/4 cup sorbet instead of fruit juice & fruit
Ice (enough to make desired consistency)

Blend all.

Banana Split Smoothie
2 bananas
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1 1/4 cup of plant milk
1/2 cup strawberries
5 ice cubes, optional
1 scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream, optional
2 T vegan chocolate syrup
3T maraschino cherries

Blend all.
